Way to Rich is a digital platform that enables users to request purchase of gold and silver through manual payment verification. The App does not function as a bank, financial institution, NBFC, stock exchange, or investment advisory service. All transactions are subject to verification and approval.

3. KYC & Identity Verification

5. Fees & Deductions

When users request purchase of gold or silver:

A 2% platform service fee may apply
Applicable GST (currently 3%) may apply

The net value after deductions will be reflected in the user wallet upon approval. All applicable taxes and charges are displayed before confirmation.

6. Promotional Programs & Rewards

Participation is voluntary
Rewards are determined based on internal criteria
Company decision regarding rewards is final
These activities are promotional in nature and do not constitute gambling or betting

7. Referral Program

Referral rewards may be fixed or variable
Reward amounts are determined by the Company
Fraudulent or self-referrals may result in suspension

8. Withdrawals

Users may submit withdrawal requests subject to:
